Overview

Description

Creation needs the gifts of diversity in its rich, living communion. By using three studies of temperaments we can recognize more clearly our own diverse leanings, compulsions, and contributions – and appreciate the varied gifts of others as we live and work together. Divine graces of strength and beauty are made flesh in us, each rich, needed, and holy.

Three descriptive systems will be described and explained: The Four Temperaments: Jung’s Personality Types/Myers-Briggs; and the Enneagram. You may want to explore these online beforehand so you come with a sense of “who you are.” We will recognize these varied characteristics as spiritual charisms that we contribute in our families, with friends, at work, in society, for faith communities and civic welfare. Gifted together we “glorify the Lord.”
