Description
Life’s transitions, whether chosen or unexpected, invite us into sacred territory. As we navigate the uncertainty of career shifts, retirement, empty nest, relationship loss, health challenges, caregiving responsibilities and grief, these passages invite us to honor our past, embrace our present, and open our hearts to future possibilities.
In our time together, we’ll move through a three-part journey to reconnect you with your inner wisdom and explore practices and tools for navigating change. We’ll begin with The Path Behind You—honoring and/or grieving what has been. Then we’ll enter Through the Wilderness—strengthening our capacity to navigate the “messy middle” where grit, grace, and transformation intertwine. Finally, we’ll explore The Way Forward—gaining clarity and courage to imagine new possibilities and take intentional steps forward.
Through storytelling, mindfulness, guided reflection, and self-compassion practices, we’ll listen within and reconnect with what matters most. Come rest in a space of sanctuary and support, where your journey is witnessed, your spirit is nourished, and new possibilities begin to unfold.
