Groups often find that longer stays allow the experience to deepen, creating space for clarity, shared insight, and renewed energy. With our Winter Overnight Special, Siena Retreat Center is offering 30% off overnight room accommodations for any Hosted Group staying two consecutive nights or more held between January and March 2026.

Hold Your Group Retreat at Siena Retreat Center

Siena Retreat Center on Lake Michigan is an ideal setting for group retreats, days of reflection, or workshops for your group. We invite groups that fit into our mission. Retreats may vary in length: a few hours, a day, a weekend, or a week. Please note that we do not accept minors. We will be happy to recommend other retreat centers that accept participants under 18.

Amenities Included

Our ADA accessible building offers several meeting rooms that accommodate a range of group sizes, from 2 to 75. Each of our 67 bedrooms has a private en suite bathroom. We invite you to view meeting rooms, bedrooms, and amenities here. Four bedrooms are ADA accessible. Retreat participants may enjoy using art supplies in the Creativity Room, spending quiet time in the Prayer & Meditation Room, walking the trails and labyrinth, or spending time on the lakeshore. Overnight retreat participants may enjoy the silence on the bedroom floors and the reading rooms on each bedroom floor.

Meal Options

Our catering team is able to accommodate vegetarian and gluten free requests. Special needs must be indicated at the time of registration so that we can plan for your needs. Guests with dietary restrictions beyond what our catering team can accommodate will need to bring their own food. A refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven are available for food storage and heating. Meal costs are: $11 for a continental breakfast, $16 for the mid-day meal, and $14 for the evening meal.

Overnight and Meeting Room Rates

Siena Retreat Center is committed to keeping our rates as affordable as possible while covering our costs. Prices are adjusted annually, effective September 1st. Groups will be billed at the rates in effect for the year in which the event is being held. Updated rates will be available by March 1st. Rates are calculated per person. Our basic rates are: $90 per person per night for the bedrooms and $24 per person per day for the meeting rooms. Additional break-out rooms, table and chair set-up, and AV equipment incur additional fees.

Workshops for your Group

Siena Retreat Center offers a variety of spiritual enrichment opportunities that your group, staff team, board, congregation, extended family, or friendship circle can arrange for your retreat. Most can be offered either at Siena Retreat Center or another gathering place.
