Institute For Spiritual Guidance
Institute for Spiritual Guidance
Siena Retreat Center’s Institute for Spiritual Guidance (ISG) was developed in response to the need for continuing education and growth of spiritual guides. We invite trained spiritual guides to join us for the following retreat(s) for Spiritual Guides:
Cultivating Curiosity: Making Heart-Centered Decisions in Transformative Times
This five-session program is designed for anyone who wants to be intentional about the decisions they make within their lives and the process by which they make them. While drawing on the spiritual tradition of discernment and the practice of compassionate curiosity, this program will invite participants to connect with the Wisdom that resides deep within, so that they can emerge with greater clarity, purpose, and courage as they take the next steps on their journey.
In addition to the five group sessions, this program includes an hour-long individual discernment conversation with a facilitator to be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon time.
This program is open to anyone who is navigating a life transition, a major life decision, or simply hungry to explore love-based decision-making processes that will support them on their life’s journey. In addition, this program is a required pre-requisite for anyone applying to the Spiritual Guidance Training Program (SGTP). For those who are interested in the SGTP, there will be two designated bonus sessions to discuss questions about the program.
