The Way Of Forgiveness

Overview

Forgiving others and ourselves is essential to our spiritual wholeness and to authentic, reconciled relationships.   Forgiveness comes when we decide to stop beating ourselves up, or to stop feeling angry or resentful toward another about what we perceive as a flaw, offense, or mistake.  It often takes intentional inner work to acknowledge and release shame, guilt, and regret; to face and transform our anger; and to receive and offer forgiveness. There are steps we can take to move toward the freedom that forgiveness promises. This retreat offers a safe space and time for healing through music, guided meditation, journaling, and other tools for reflection. Please bring a journal and a pen.
