Overview

SoulCollage® is an experience of self-reflection using images that speak to you. No art experience is needed!

Is there something that you really struggle with, or that feels consistently out of balance for you? Join us for a day of shining a flashlight on those things and giving them a voice, while creating one or more “heart protector” cards to help unwind, heal or lay those things down. Maybe you will make a “forgiveness card,” a “resilience card” or a “hopeful healer” card. Who calls to you as you take a breath and focus on self-compassion?
