Insights Through The Lens Website

Overview

The camera lens can give us a deeper understanding of what is within and around us. During this afternoon of reflection, we invite you to use photo images to take yourself to a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.

Pause the busyness, stress and chatter of life by using photo images from the presenter and time and space to take your own photos. Experience the power that images have to deepen your sense of connection to yourself, the natural world, and the Divine. To benefit from this experience, you do not need to be a skilled photographer. Bring your cell phone camera, your curiosity and willingness to slow down, pause and be impacted by what you notice. The goal is for you to leave calmer and more grounded.
