About the Facilitators
Colleen Grundy
Colleen Grundy is a retired Silviculturist. She worked for the US Forest Service from 1979 to 2012, serving in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Juneau, Alaska; the Tongass National Forest in Ketchikan, Alaska; Mount Baker Snoqualmie National Forest in Washington; and Huron Manistee National Forest in Michigan. Colleen earned a bachelor’s degree in Forest Management from the Michigan Tech University and Silvicultural Certification from the University of Washington.
Mark Borucki
Mark Borucki, MS, PG, is a geologist and specialist in glacial geology with an emphasis on eastern Wisconsin and the stratigraphy exposed in the Lake Michigan bluffs in particular. He is nearing completion of his PhD work and is a lecturer at the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee and an ad hoc lecturer at the University of Wisconsin—Parkside.
