Overview

Mandala means “circle” in the Sanskrit language. It is art done in a circular manner. The creation of a mandala draws one toward the enter of one’s being while, at the same time,
showing how all of life is interconnected. The idea of drawing mandalas goes back thousands of years and can be traced to Buddhists of Tibet and to Navajo of North America.

Come spend the day relaxing, playing with color, getting in touch with your center and be refreshed and energized to find the center is everywhere. In the morning, we will learn about mandalas and create them. In the afternoon, we will offer options of rock mandalas or nature mandalas.
