Water, Sustainability, and Our Great Lakes Cities (Situations of Substance series)

Why would the successful mayor of Racine leave that position to take on the role of President and Chief Administrative Officer of the organization of cities dedicated to the protection of the Great Lakes?

John Dickert will tell of his commitment to our endangered waters and describe the multi-layered work of 130 mayors of the US and Canada to protect and restore them, recently denouncing President Trump’s withdrawal from the Paris Agreement on Climate Change.  “Cities shall not give up.”  We are those cities.  Come to learn our part.

Tuesday, February 6, 2018
