Silent Auction

In an effort to generate some income to support SRC during this time of financial challenges, we will be offering an online “silent auction” December 7-9, 2020. All proceeds from this event help to support the mission of Siena Retreat Center. As we all know, COVID-19 has changed our lives and impacted all of us in some way.

Bids are accepted beginning Monday, December 7, at 8:00am for all 20 items. Please wait until this time to bid.

Bidding will close on Wednesday, December 9, at 12:00 noon.
Most bids will begin with the value of the item.

If you are interested in participating, please do the following:
Email or call Diane Poplawski, OP (dpoplawski@racinedominicans.org / 262-898-2586) and leave a message with the following information:
o  your first and last name, your email address, and your phone number.
o  the designated number for the item you are bidding.
o  your bid amount.

Bid Updates
If you bid on an item/s, you will be notified of the status of the high bid between 1:00pm and 1:30pm on Tuesday, December 8, via email or phone.
Bids will again be updated on Wednesday, December 9, between 9:30am and 10:00am via email or phone.
Bids close at NOON on Wednesday, December 9.
High bidders will be notified via email or phone.

Payment is by check payable to Siena Retreat Center.
Curbside pickup at Siena Retreat Center will be arranged once payment is received or you may pay at time of pickup.
All items are to be picked up at Siena Retreat Center.

If you need to have an item shipped additional shipping costs will be added.
