Morning of Refreshment for Those Who Help Others

Offered virtually via Zoom

KINDNESS, COMPASSION, AND COURAGE ARE CONTAGIOUS

Our team of four welcome all who are making efforts to be kind, compassionate, and courageous in the midst of today’s high stresses. It is not always easy. We need each other to carry on.

Would you appreciate a spirit-boost as you put forth energies each day for the uplift of others at home, work, or deeds of service? And do you also give thanks for warmth and encouragement when you receive it from others?

We are all Carriers. The spirit we send into the air around us is Contagious—and essential to the health of our society today. Clarissa Pinkola Estes says: “We are needed. That is all we need to know.”

Tune in to be renewed and inspired, to share your ideas, stories, and challenge. May we all test positive as Kindness Carriers.

NOTE: You need to register so we can send you the Zoom link a few days before the event. This program is free. If you would like to give a free-will offering, know that it would be helpful to the Siena Retreat Center that also needs kindness and courage in these difficult times.
