Meditation, Malas, and Mandalas

Practices Which Center Us

Come, treat yourself to a day of quiet, meditation, and creative expression. Give yourself time to come back to your center.

You will have the opportunity for simple expressive art—making a mandala and a meditation bracelet, called a “mala.”

Pat Shutts will lead the group through meditation and various methods to make mandalas and malas which can be used in your everyday spiritual practice.
