Meditation and Life Integration

“Let us come back to ourselves and establish ourselves in what is present right now. Let us learn to recognize the conditions for happiness that are present within us and around us.”

- Thich Nhat Hahn

Do you feel like life is rushing by and you are not really living?  Do you put off beginning a practice of daily meditation knowing it would be good for you?  Do you long to share about real life questions and learn with other seekers?

This series offers twenty minutes of silent meditation together and discussion of readings from the book Living Buddha, Living Christ by Thich Nhat Hanh.

Select as many evening sessions as your schedule allows.  Come even if you have not read the chapter or have the book; there is always something new to learn and experience.

Mondays once a month: November 12, and December 3, 2018; January 7, February 11, March 4, April 29, and May 20, 2019
Freewill offering accepted
