Contemplative Yoga Retreat for Women

Join other women for a day to nourish yourself in mind, body, and spirit! Through talks, individual reflection, group discussion, and yoga practice, participants will explore Evelyn Underhill's "practical mysticism" and embodied spirituality.

Contemplative Yoga weaves together gentle yoga poses, affirmations, and guided meditation with a focus on spiritual well-being. Through this practice, participants will be invited to relax the body and calm the mind so that they can observe and reflect upon what is going on inside of themselves and create space to become more deeply aware of and connect with the presence of God.

Please wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat. Contemplative Yoga can also be done in a chair. Participants may want to bring a journal for individual reflection.
