"Coming Out of Exile": A Day of Reflection with Joyce Rupp

“I am sometimes so distracted by all the appalling happenings round me that it’s far from easy to find the way back to myself. And yet that’s what I must do. I mustn’t let myself be ground down by misery outside. ”

- Etty Hillesum

We are no longer taking names for the waiting list, as the list is quite long.

As we grow into wholeness we discover within ourselves aspects that need to be recognized, accepted, and integrated into our lives. How do we call home these parts of ourselves that have been lost, ignored, forgotten, forced away or rejected? As we discover these banished aspects of ourselves and welcome them as catalysts for our spiritual transformation, we grow in assisting social transformation and contributing to greater peace in both our self and others.  Joyce will encourage a compassionate calling forth of what has been displaced by the use of song, prayer, presentations, quiet reflection, journaling, and dialogue.
