Clearing Out -- Cleaning Up: Uncluttering Our Physical and Spiritual Lives

Clearing out and cleaning up can be a significant spiritual practice.

Many of us have accumulated "stuff" we no longer use or need. Rather than bringing us joy, it can have an unhealthy effect on our bodies, minds, emotions, and spirits.

Let us explore the nature of clutter and how to clear out and clean up what takes away our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual energy.

Facilitated by Home Economics instructor and retreat leader Pat Pintens.
